The platform you previously knew as supplier+s has been renamed to ctrl+s. Nothing about your access or data has changed. Only the labels in the platform look different.
What’s changing
As of May 10th, 2025, the platform is now called ctrl+s.
The previous name supplier+s has been retired.
Inside ctrl+s, the modules are named for what they do:

Carbon Accounting
Supplier Engagement
Our URL is app.ctrl-s.io (older links will keep redirecting).
What stays the same
Your login credentials (user + password) and user accounts
Your data and history (footprints, supplier lists, exports, audit trails)
Your workflows (where to click and what to do stays the same)
What you need to do
Nothing. Your existing bookmarks and links continue to work.
Note: If you use a password manager (for example 1Password, LastPass, Bitwarden, or your browser’s built-in password manager) and it saved your login for the old URL, you might not get an autofill prompt on the new domain. In that case:
Open your password manager and search for the saved entry for the old supplier+s URL (supplier-s.app).
Edit that entry to use app.ctrl-s.io as the website (or create a new entry for app.ctrl-s.io and keep the same username/password).
Then refresh the login page and try autofill again.
If you encounter issues, please use the "Forgot password" option in your login screen.
